Description
The apartment is about 55 m², has high ceilings and large windows with shutters. It is situated on the ground floor of a 6-storey building, is accessible by an entrance reserved.
The new building apartment was completed in May 2009 and it is as follows:
- Large living area furnished with a sofa, TV 32" , table and chairs.
- Always in the living room there is a kitchen area , very well equipped: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and kitchen extractor hood.
- One bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe 5 doors.
- A separate bedroom with bridge wardrobe and 2 single beds (the second is to extract as needed).
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine.
- A large courtyard with a wood table and chairs. You can go outside from the living area by a door from living room.
The equipment is completed with a steam iron, ironing board and clothes horse.
It is located on the ground floor of a 6-storey building. It has its own entrance and is close to the small pinewood Ricciotti with children's playground and a bar. The windows of this apartment overlooking the city roads, but the interior courtyard of the property.
It is situated at about 50 meters from the sea and 40 meters from the pedestrian area (Corso Mazzini).
All around the property, within 80 meters, the area is served by an oven, a bar, an ice cream shops, a butcher, a supermarket, the Cantina di Castignano store, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent and clothing stores and sundries.
This is the most central area of Grottammare.
Sheets, towels, bedspreads and quilts must be explicitly requested extra when booking.

Booking
The reservation implies the stipulation of an online rental contract.
The reservation is confirmed and final only after the payment of the deposit and the subsequent confirmation of the manager. Unconfirmed bookings will be automatically canceled without notice after 12 hours.
The deposit is equal to 35% of the total rental price.

Cleaning
The apartment is delivered perfectly clean and sanitized. It must be returned clean by the customer (tenant).
Intermediate cleaning is always by and at the expense of the customer (tenant).

Payment
The accepted payment methods are exclusively: cash, credit card and bank transfer.
The balance of the lease must be paid at check-in in cash or by credit card. It can also be paid by bank transfer but the same must be made at least 3 days before check-in by immediately sending a copy to the manager.
A security deposit of Euro 300 must be left at check-in in cash only. This deposit will be returned upon check-out if there is no evidence of damage and if final cleaning has been carried out.

Cancellation
Cancellation within 60 days of check-in: refund of the confirmatory deposit deducted € 50.00 for management costs.
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days from check-in: 50% refund of the confirmation deposit.
Cancellation between 29 days and 7 days from check-in: loss of the confirmation deposit.
Failure to show up at check-in and / or failure to cancel within 6 days before check-in: loss of the confirmatory deposit and obligation to pay the balance.

Check-out: morning between 8:00 and 10:00
The property does not have a reception therefore it is necessary to make a specific appointment.
